1. Introduction

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;

  • Restricting access to their account;

  • All activities occurring under their account.

3.3 Account Security

Users must immediately notify Altcoin Digest of any unauthorized access or security breach involving their account.


4. Publishing Rules

4.1 Daily Publishing Limit

Users may submit no more than one (1) publication per calendar day.

4.2 Category Accuracy

All submissions must be placed within the most appropriate category and accurately reflect the selected topic.

4.3 Banner Requirements

Each publication may contain one banner image only.

Banner specifications:

  • Dimensions: 900 × 500 pixels

  • Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

  • No watermarks

  • No third-party branding

  • No external website references

  • Images must comply with applicable copyright laws

4.4 Content Requirements

All submitted content must:

  • Be original and unique;

  • Contain a minimum of 800 characters;

  • Be written in a professional and readable format;

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Each publication may contain:

  • One (1) embedded YouTube video;

  • One (1) outbound hyperlink.

4.5 Prohibited Publishing Practices

Users may not:

  • Submit duplicate content;

  • Copy content from third-party websites;

  • Engage in plagiarism;

  • Use automated content scraping;

  • Publish misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information.

4.6 Repetitive Content

The same project, company, token, service, or product may not be promoted through substantially identical articles more than once every thirty (30) days.


5. Content Moderation

5.1 Review Process

All submissions are subject to manual review and moderation before publication.

5.2 Editorial Discretion

Altcoin Digest reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, edit, remove, suspend, or restrict any content at its sole discretion.

5.3 Resubmission

Rejected content may be modified and resubmitted for review.

5.4 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal content;

  • Fraudulent schemes;

  • Hate speech;

  • Harassment or threats;

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material;

  • Excessive violence or graphic content;

  • Political propaganda;

  • Malware or malicious software;

  • Copyright infringement;

  • Content unrelated to cryptocurrency, blockchain, finance, technology, Web3, fintech, or approved publication categories.

5.5 Account Suspension

Users who repeatedly violate these Terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.


6. User Content and License Grant

Users retain ownership of their submitted content.

However, by submitting content to Altcoin Digest, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Publish;

  • Display;

  • Reproduce;

  • Archive;

  • Index;

  • Distribute;

  • Promote;

  • Translate;

  • Store

such content through our Services and affiliated distribution channels.

This license survives account termination and content publication.


7. Search Engine Indexing and Content Retention

Published content may:

  • Be indexed by search engines;

  • Appear in search results;

  • Be cached by third-party services;

  • Be syndicated through partner networks.

Altcoin Digest does not guarantee removal of indexed content from third-party search engines after publication.


8. Article Ranking and Visibility

Altcoin Digest may utilize automated systems, algorithms, editorial decisions, traffic metrics, engagement data, and other criteria to determine article visibility and ranking.

We make no guarantee regarding:

  • Search engine rankings;

  • Article placement;

  • Traffic levels;

  • Reader engagement;

  • Marketing performance.


9. Advertising Services

Advertising placements on Altcoin Digest are provided separately and may be subject to additional agreements, pricing schedules, and advertising policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Altcoin Digest platform, including:

  • Website design;

  • Logos;

  • Trademarks;

  • Software;

  • Databases;

  • Editorial content;

remain the exclusive property of Altcoin Digest or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.


11. No Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice

Altcoin Digest is a news and media publication only.

Content published on the platform is provided for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on Altcoin Digest constitutes:

  • Investment advice;
